This position offers the opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to the digital sales expansion of a dynamic company. Day-to-day of the role:
β’ Marketplace Management:
β’ Maintain and expand their accounts on various online platforms.
β’ Ensure all product listings are current, optimised, and visually appealing.
β’ Manage product variations, descriptions, pricing, and images.
β’ Performance Monitoring:
β’ Track and analyse sales performance and advertising ROI.
β’ Generate regular reports to identify growth opportunities.
β’ Customer Experience & Operations:
β’ Coordinate order processing, shipping, and stock availability with internal teams.
β’ Monitor customer feedback and respond promptly.
β’ Ensure compliance with service level agreements and performance metrics.
β’ Content & Promotions:
β’ Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and campaigns.
β’ Conduct A/B testing on content elements to enhance performance.
β’ Compliance & Administration:
β’ Stay updated with changing policies and requirements of each marketplace.
β’ Ensure all product listings comply with platform guidelines and legal standards. Required Skills & Qualifications:
β’ Experience in ecommerce, ideally within online marketplaces.
β’ Knowledge of ecommerce operations and product listing best practices.
β’ Proficiency in data analysis tools and content management systems.
