Position Summary: A leading company in the pet industry is seeking an Ecommerce Key Account Manager to join their Seattle-based team. This role will oversee and grow relationships with major ecommerce accounts, driving sales and building long-term strategic partnerships with top online retailers.
Responsibilities
• Manage and grow ecommerce accounts including Amazon, Chewy, and other online retail partners.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for ecommerce accounts, ensuring strong communication and collaboration.
• Develop and execute account strategies, promotional campaigns, and digital merchandising initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide actionable insights.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance to optimize product listings, pricing, and fulfillment.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and performance updates with key accounts.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce account management, preferably within the pet industry or consumer packaged goods.
• Proven ability to manage large online retail partners (Amazon, Chewy, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging ecommerce data and performance metrics.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ecommerce analytics tools a plus.
• Ability to commute to the Seattle office.
