About the Role House of Willow Alexander is the UK’s first premium lifestyle brand for sustainable home and garden living. We are now seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial eCommerce Manager to take full ownership of our WooCommerce store, overseeing every aspect from product set-up and trading to fulfilment and customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to build and scale the eCommerce department from the ground up. You will be both strategic and hands-on, managing daily operations while laying the groundwork for future growth. Your Responsibilities eCommerce Ownership • Take full responsibility for the performance and functionality of the House of Willow Alexander WooCommerce store • Own the trading calendar, managing product launches, seasonal campaigns, offers and merchandising updates • Build and refine the customer journey across homepage, category pages, product listings and checkout • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, content, creative and customer care to align messaging and optimise for conversion Stock Management and Fulfilment • Oversee product listings, SKU creation, inventory levels and category management • Coordinate stock planning and replenishment in partnership with suppliers and the buying team • Monitor and optimise fulfilment workflows, ensuring accurate picking, packing and dispatch • Uphold brand sustainability standards across packaging, delivery options and carbon reporting Commercial Strategy and Growth • Drive key metrics including sales, AOV, conversion and repeat purchase rate • Analyse performance data and customer behaviour to inform site updates and trading decisions • Develop and implement product bundles, loyalty offers and membership tie-ins to support wider business objectives • Identify tech or plugin solutions to enhance functionality, efficiency or personalisation What We're Looking For • 3+ years of eCommerce ownership in a fast-paced, product-led environment • Proven experience managing WooCommerce stores, including end-to-end trading, merchandising and fulfilment • Strong commercial and trading acumen with an understanding of eCommerce best practices • Confident managing stock workflows, supplier relationships and inventory systems • Detail-oriented with a creative eye for merchandising and a passion for customer experience • Comfortable working autonomously in the early stages, with the ambition to grow and lead a team • A hands-on builder, thinker and doer with an affinity for sustainable, beautiful living Why Join Us? • Shape and scale a core digital channel at a defining stage of brand growth • Work directly with senior leadership in a values-led, design-forward company • Help build a new kind of lifestyle brand, one that combines excellence, ethics and innovation • Enjoy a beautiful in-office environment surrounded by the gardens, materials and moments we celebrate
