They’re scaling fast and looking for a talented Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their digital channels and play a key role in driving growth. This role is based in Milton Keynes with hybrid opportunities.
The Role:
• Oversee day-to-day operations of Shopify and Amazon stores, ensuring smooth performance and a best-in-class customer experience.
• Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and merchandising to maximise visibility and sales.
• Drive organic reach through SEO best practices and continuous site improvements.
• Use data to optimise conversion rates, basket sizes, and customer lifetime value.
• Create upsell, cross-sell, and post-purchase strategies that boost revenue.
• Run A/B tests to improve performance and UX.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central.
• Manage outsourced peer-to-peer (P2P) programs to ensure alignment and strong results. What You’ll Bring:
