About the role... We are looking for eCommerce Manager to help with a 3 month assignment. This role will be responsible for site operations, optimize performance, and manage digital merchandising. This role will also assist with the transition to Shopify, Klaviyo and Loop. The ideal candidate has experience working with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo and a background in CRM strategy. They should feel comfortable working towards monthly goals and collaborating with the VP of Marketing, the global team in Australia and our digital marketing agency. Key Responsibilities Site Operations & Merchandising
Manage day-to-day updates, product launches, homepage content, and promotions.
Merchandise site to support seasonal priorities and new product drops.
Oversee product accuracy, imagery, copy, pricing and sizing.
Leverage Searchspring to deliver personalized shopping experiences and optimize conversion.
Sales Performance & Analytics
Deliver against eCommerce sales goals and KPIs (revenue, traffic, conversion, AOV, repeat customers).
Analyze site and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
Own promotional calendars and ensure alignment across Paid and owned channels.
Customer Experience & Technical Execution
Ensure seamless UX with mobile-first in mind approach.
Partner with Customer Service to improve post-purchase satisfaction.
Support migration to Shopify Plus and Klaviyo, collaborating cross-functionally with the global stakeholders.
Monitor site speed, conduct QA issues, submit bug tickets, and coordinate new feature rollouts.
Email & CRM Marketing
Lead CRM execution in Klaviyo post-migration (including automated flows, campaign strategy, and audience segmentation) with the support of the Global Email Marketing team.
Partner with marketing on cross-channel campaign and brand storytelling.
Drive email performance and retention through personalized content and lifecycle strategies.
Qualifications
4+ years of eCommerce experience; apparel, surf, or outdoor industry preferred.
Hands-on experience with Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and CRM tools.
Strong merchandising and promotional strategy knowledge.
Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing cross-functional projects.
