About The Role
We are seeking an experienced eCommerce Manager to own and contribute to the performance of our SaaS software eStore. This role will collaborate across DevOps, Sales Ops, Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure pricing, workflows, and customer experiences are streamlined, scalable, and revenue focused.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Contribute to the overall eCommerce direction, roadmap, and execution.
β’ Partner with DevOps to define and implement platform/environment enhancements and integrations.
β’ Collaborate with Sales Ops and Sales to develop pricing strategies, incorporate new sales processes, promotions, or initiatives.
β’ Leverage data and AI-driven tools to grow eCommerce revenue.
β’ Define requirements & optimize the customer journey, project list page, project detail page, cart and check-out flow.
β’ Partner with marketing on campaigns, paid ads, social and email strategy.
β’ Lead store enhancements, personalization, and UX improvements with cross product teams.
β’ Oversee eCommerce compliance (tax, data privacy, terms & conditions).
β’ Continuously analyze eCommerce metrics & KPIS about customer behaviors to identify optimization or growth opportunities.
β’ Lead cross-functional initiatives to align eCommerce capabilities with business goals.
β’ Monitor competitive trends and recommend improvements in pricing, packaging, and digital sales.
β’ Support customer inquiries related to eCommerce transactions.
Qualifications
β’ Bachelorβs degree in business, marketing, or related field
β’ 5+ years of experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or product management.
β’ Strong understanding of eCommerce metrics, SaaS or subscription-based pricing models, analytics, and reporting.
β’ Experience working with DevOps and Sales Ops teams on platform/process enhancements.
β’ Ability to assess and implement AI solutions that streamline ecommerce operations, quoting, or pricing strategy.
β’ Hands-on knowledge of Salesforce Commerce, Adobe Commerce, Shopify Plus, or similar enterprise platforms.
β’ Experience managing budgets, revenue forecasts, and vendor/partner relationships.
β’ Leadership experience: ability to guide a small team or cross-functional project, collaborating with various stakeholders.
β’ Excellent analytical and communication skills with demonstrable examples of using data for decision making.
