• Full ownership of a critical ecommerce infrastructure across Shopify, Checkoutchamp, and supporting tools

• Deliver a seamless user experience by owning daily/weekly QA across storefronts, funnels (VSLs, advertorials), and checkout flows to catch and resolve issues before they impact customers
• Accelerate campaign and product launches by managing implementation with developers for landing pages, funnels, and post-purchase experiences, ensuring on-time, error-free rollouts
• Ensure backend reliability by monitoring SKU mapping, order flow integrity, and integrations (CheckoutChamp, Shopify), guaranteeing every product and order processes correctly
• Maintain operational accuracy by keeping product listings, pricing, availability, and merchandising logic (bundles, badges) consistently up-to-date across systems
• Support high-performing campaigns by building and QA’ing sales landing pages, updating promotional logic, and prepping offer setups to launch without delays or errors
• Optimize tech stack performance by managing Shopify apps (e.g., Loox), resolving technical issues with payment gateways, Klaviyo, and other key integrations
• Expand into global markets by implementing translations and ensuring localized storefronts are accurate and functional for international launches
WHO YOU ARE
• You’ve worked in direct-to-consumer or performance-driven ecommerce environments where speed, iteration, and conversion rates matter
• You have hands-on experience with the Shopify environment (Checkoutchamp experience is a big plus)
• You have a strong QA mindset: you spot issues others miss and fix them fast
• You are comfortable managing devs, tech stacks, and third-party app integrations
• You’re proactive and not reactive, spotting weak links in the customer journey nd fixin them before they become a problem
• You are familiar with Webflow, Klaviyo, Loox, and product setup best practices
• You are confident managing SKUs, bundles, and backend logic at scale
• You move fast, thrive in async environments, and work well under pressure
• You are data-driven and use metrics to prioritize strategies and guide operational improvements
• Bonus points for German language skills

30 Days: You’ve mapped the full store architecture, audited current QA processes, and taken over daily site checks across Shopify and Checkoutchamp.
