E-Commerce Manager Rearsby, Hybrid Monday to Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Up to £50,000 + bonus Macildowie are working with this client based in Rearsby, Leicester to recruit for an E-Commerce Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business within the insurance and consultancy services industry, where you will be responsible for driving online sales performance, optimising the customer journey, and ensuring an exceptional digital experience. Key Responsibilities: • Manage and enhance the full e-commerce sales funnel, ensuring a seamless online customer journey. • Implement conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies using A/B testing, analytics, and customer insights. • Collaborate with developers and designers to deliver a mobile-optimised and engaging digital experience. • Monitor KPIs including conversion rates, traffic, and acquisition costs to inform strategy. • Partner with Marketing and Sales teams to ensure consistency across digital platforms, content, and customer retention strategies. About You: • Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, Business, or a related field. • Proven experience managing an e-commerce platform with a strong track record of CRO and UX/UI improvements. • Skilled in using CRM and marketing automation tools. • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills. • Previous B2C or D2C experience essential.
