As we continue our journey of rapid growth, we are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to join our growing team and support our mission to deliver exceptional online shopping experiences for our customers.
About the role
As Ecommerce Manager, you will play a critical role in driving growth across our global Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) sites. This is a very hands-on role and will have ownership of site trading, merchandising, optimisation, and reporting. Working cross-functionally with Paid Performance, CRM and Marketing teams, you will ensure a seamless, branded, and high-performing customer journey while delivering against ambitious commercial goals.
β οΈ Important: If your experience is primarily managing agencies rather than being hands-on in Shopify, this role probably isnβt for you.
Some of the job responsibilities but not limited to:
Platform Management:
β’ Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Shopify, Amazon and Tiktok Shop accounts.
β’ Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search and conversion.
Strategy & Trading
β’ Support the wider Ecommerce Team in developing and executing strategies to meet business growth objectives.
β’ Lead preparation of weekly global trading reports, highlighting risks, opportunities, and actionable insights for senior stakeholders and trade.
β’ Monitor and analyse KPIs (traffic, conversion, bounce, AOV, revenue), delivering regular performance updates with recommendations.
β’ Stay on top of Ecommerce and industry trends to inform future growth opportunities.
Site & App Optimisation
β’ Oversee the end-to-end customer journey to ensure a seamless, high-converting experience.
β’ Drive CRO initiatives and site/app enhancements.
β’ Managing and optimising our existing subscription platform, growing our active user base and optimising cancellation and management flows.
β’ Use data and tooling to identify optimisation opportunities.
β’ Drive on-page SEO in collaboration with external and internal stakeholders, ensuring best-in-class performance and visibility.
β’ Work with Shopify AI features to deploy new functionality to the existing site.
β’ QA all new features and development projects before deployment.
Merchandising & Content Management
β’ Own merchandising and content updates across regional sites, ensuring timely product and campaign launches.
β’ Build and optimise product pages for new launches, coordinating assets, copy, pricing, and translations.
β’ Manage workflows in Shopify Plus / CMS tools to improve operational efficiency.
β’ Ensure content is aligned with broader marketing campaigns for cohesive execution across touchpoints.
β’ Support operations team with monitoring stock levels and flag risks to relevant stakeholders.
Campaigns & Personalisation
β’ Align with Performance, Growth and Marketing teams on campaign calendars and promotions.
β’ Brief design teams (work inside Figma/Graphic Design softwares) and build/upload campaign landing pages (for promotions, launches, seasonal activations), ensuring assets, copy, and layouts are delivered accurately and on time.
β’ Use AI (e.g., ChatGPT, Shopify AI) for copy and design creation and SEO optimisation across product pages, blogs, and landing pages.
β’ Leverage A/B testing platforms (e.g., Visually) to drive personalisation and test new approaches.
β’ Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights to optimise future activity.
Skills & Experience
β’ Min 4+ years experience in Ecommerce and Shopify, ideally within a DTC brand (beauty, fashion, CPG, or similar).
β’ Hands-on Shopify Plus experience is essential, including integrations, app management, and light coding.
β’ Experience with Marketplace platforms (Amazon and Tiktok Shop.)
β’ Confident in Excel & interpreting raw data.
β’ Familiar with Figma and/or other Graphic Design software to work collaboratively with Designers
β’ Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering measurable revenue growth.
β’ Proficiency with analytics and CRO tools (GA4, Clarity etc).
β’ Familiarity with review / loyalty programs, A/B testing, and personalisation engines.
β’ Strong project management skills and proven ability to work cross-functionally.
β’ Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
