Position Summary
We are looking for a highly driven, experienced, and entrepreneurial Ecommerce Manager to take full ownership of our DTC ecommerce presence for both Purity Products and its fast-growing sister brand. This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines strategic vision with flawless execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with deep experience in Shopify and Magento, passionate about optimizing customer experience, conversion rates, and lifetime value.
Key Responsibilities
Website Ownership & Platform Management
• Lead day-to-day operations of Purity Products’ ecommerce websites (Shopify and Magento)
• Lead migration of Purity Products website from Magento to Shopify and be the person of contact for seamless migration
• Manage merchandising, site updates, product launches, and promotional campaigns
• Implement best in class subscription experience and own subscriber acquisition
• Oversee creation and performance of product detail pages (PDPs), ensuring brand-aligned messaging and visual consistency
• Create and manage landing pages using Shopify and ClickFunnels
• Implement and maintain tagging, analytics, and tracking infrastructure across platforms
• Deep understanding of the use of generative AI in marketing and analytics
Growth & Optimization
• Own CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) roadmap including A/B testing, heatmaps, and user behavior analysis
• Drive improvements in Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (LTV)
• Partner with marketing, design, and development teams to build high-converting funnels
• Collaborate with email, paid media, SEO, and affiliate teams to maximize channel performance
• Plan and build out ecommerce calendar with a focus on driving revenue
Loyalty & Retention
• Develop and manage loyalty/rewards programs to improve retention and brand affinity
• Align site experience with customer journey flows (post-purchase, re-engagement, win-back, etc.)
• Work with CRM and email teams to enhance segmentation, personalization, and UX consistency
Content, UX & Branding
• Create and manage on-site content (landing pages, PDPs, banners)
• Ensure all content supports SEO, brand messaging, and user experience goals
• Maintain a strong understanding of voice, tone, and visual identity across touchpoints
Qualifications & Skills
• 4–6+ years in ecommerce management, ideally within a high-growth DTC brand (supplements or wellness experience preferred)
• Must have experience with subscription first brands and be able to maximize subscriber count and reduce churn rates
• Proven experience in Shopify Plus, with ability to manage customizations, apps, and integrations
• Must have experience with Magento, especially in product and content management
• Proficiency in Google Analytics, ClickFunnels, Hotjar/CrazyEgg, and basic HTML/CSS
• Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs: AOV, CVR, LTV, CAC, retention, and funnel metrics
• Experience working closely with UX, developers, content creators, and digital marketers
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize
• Self-starter mentality with an entrepreneurial mindset and ownership attitude
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, test-and-learn, high-accountability environment

• Experience launching new brands or digital storefronts
• Exposure to supplement compliance and health claims in DTC environments
• Experience integrating and optimizing subscription models
