Your primary focus will be to improve the online user experience for clients through a blend of marketing, promotions, and technical enhancements. Job Description: β€’ Develop short-term and long-term e-commerce strategies to increase customer engagement, conversion, and retention. β€’ Guide the development of online environment, focusing on UI/UX to create a seamless and effective user journey. β€’ Work closely with marketing and IT teams, providing a bridge between departments to identify digital opportunities and improve site performance. β€’ Run A/B and multivariate tests, manage product recommendation strategy, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like web traffic and conversion rates. β€’ Ensure the day-to-day functionality of website and lead cross-functional discussions to drive our digital transformation. To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have: β€’ A strong marketing background and a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail. β€’ At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing platforms, with at least 3 years in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing. β€’ Experience with optimization tools like Google Optimize, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. You should also have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS. β€’ A self-starter personality who is comfortable taking initiative, defining new processes, and tackling complex technical challenges. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments. β€’ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
