Job Description:
β’ Develop short-term and long-term e-commerce strategies to increase customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
β’ Guide the development of online environment, focusing on UI/UX to create a seamless and effective user journey.
β’ Work closely with marketing and IT teams, providing a bridge between departments to identify digital opportunities and improve site performance.
β’ Run A/B and multivariate tests, manage product recommendation strategy, and track key performance indicators (KPIs) like web traffic and conversion rates.
β’ Ensure the day-to-day functionality of website and lead cross-functional discussions to drive our digital transformation.
To be a good fit for this opportunity, you will have:
β’ A strong marketing background and a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail.
β’ At least 5 years of experience in e-commerce or performance marketing platforms, with at least 3 years in conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
β’ Experience with optimization tools like Google Optimize, and analytics tools like Google Analytics. You should also have a working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
β’ A self-starter personality who is comfortable taking initiative, defining new processes, and tackling complex technical challenges.
β’ Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
