The Role We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on E-commerce Manager to drive the next phase of our digital growth. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on owning targets, making decisions based on performance metrics, and optimising every step of the online customer journey. You’ll be responsible for the full e-commerce sales funnel—from platform performance and conversion to paid acquisition and retention—collaborating closely with internal colleagues and external partners to drive scalable growth. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Strategy & Trading • Own the end-to-end management of the Shopify store: merchandising, UX, conversion optimisation, performance, and integrations. • Develop and implement strategies to increase online revenue, AOV, and customer lifetime value (LTV). • Manage product launches, pricing feedback, inventory visibility, and customer journey in collaboration with operations and commercial teams. • Monitor site performance and user behaviour, constantly identifying CRO opportunities through data and testing. Performance Marketing & Paid Acquisition • Own and manage digital performance across key channels, including paid social, paid search, affiliates, and retargeting - via agency. • Build and optimise digital acquisition campaigns to hit CAC and ROAS targets. • Run testing and iteration loops across messaging, landing pages, audience segments, and funnel stages. CRM & Retention • Lead CRM strategy using Klaviyo, including segmentation, lifecycle automation, and campaign optimisation. • Build retention programs to increase repeat purchases and loyalty. • Monitor deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics to inform email strategy. Analytics & Reporting • Own e-commerce and performance reporting—translating data into clear insights and actions. • Track and report KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, CLV, and churn. • Conduct regular A/B tests and funnel analysis to inform ongoing optimisation. • Present findings to leadership with clarity and commercial insight. Who You Are • 5+ years’ experience in ecommerce and digital marketing, within the luxury jewellery industry sector preferred, fashion or other luxury sectors ideally. • Strong proficiency in Shopify, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and Google Ads. • Expertise in SEO, paid social, email marketing, and performance analytics. • Experience with CRO, UX/UI enhancements, and optimising online customer journeys. • Ability to work strategically and hands-on in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and project management skills.
