THE ROLE Based in Le Châble (Verbier) | Full time (100%) | Start ASAP We're searching for a commercially-savvy, data-driven and hands-on eCommerce Manager to own our global DTC engine. You'll optimise our Shopify storefronts, guide paid-media and retention programmes, and coordinate seasonal launches and product drops - turning insights into rapid, sustainable growth for Faction Skis, United Shapes and phaenom footwear. Responsibilities eCommerce Management • Manage end -to-end customer journey on Shopify, balancing brand storytelling and site performance • Own the eCommerce tech stack (Shopify plus, apps, integrations, analytics, AI, CX tools) including vendor evaluation and the associated OPEX/CAPEX budget • Drive conversion rate optimisation, leveraging on-site tools and data insights to boost engagement and AOV • Maintain real-time Looker Studio dashboards; leading weekly performance check-ins and compiling monthly management reports • Manage the development backlog and projects with our external agency • Manage implementation and day-to-day updates of all 3rd-party tools/suppliers • Manage domain renewals and DNS settings across all website platforms Trading Optimisation • Build seasonal sales and inventory forecasts • Coordinate seasonal launches and product drops • Optimise site navigation and merchandising for effortless product discovery • Monitor in-season sell-through performance, recommending re-stocks and allocation shifts • Collaborate with customer experience to fine-tune post purchase experience • Collaborate with Finance, OPs and CX teams to ensure data flows from Shopify to the ERP are accurate and efficient Digital Marketing • Define and own the digital acquisition strategy, plans, budget and forecasts to hit growth targets • Shape the paid media strategy with our digital marketing agency across search, social, video and shopping • Drive an SEO / GEO and content roadmap that attracts qualified organic traffic • Develop and manage a channel-aligned digital marketing calendar that syncs with eCommerce and brand campaigns • Collaborate with marketing to develop and execute email marketing campaigns and automations to support product drops, promotions and retention Requirements • 4-6 years's experience owning a multi-million-euro DTC P&L on Shopify, ideally within lifestyle or outdoor-sports brands • Technical fluency configuring and troubleshooting the Shopify ecosystem, 3rd-party apps and analytics tools without heavy dev support • Data-driven mindset - comfortable translating data insights into clear actions and business results • Digital-marketing expertise across paid social, search, shopping and emerging channels, with a solid grasp of full-funnel strategy • Shopify CMS expertise: admin settings, product data, theme blocks and on-page merchandising • Domain & DNS management experience to keep multiple storefronts secure and online • Advanced reporting skills - able to build and automate dashboards that drive rapid decision-making • Growth mindset & curiosity, always testing new tools and tactics to stay ahead of the curve • Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as French are a plus • Existing right to work in Switzerland or the EU (citizenship or valid work permit) Benefits • Be part of an energized and dyanamic team in a fast-paced international environment • Work with brands that have strong identities and values that resonate with both fans and team members • An opportunity to develop professionally while working 200m from the Verbier gondola • A Verbier ski pass • Employee discount on all FSSC products
