Title:- ECOMMERCE and CUSTOMER MARKETING LEAD Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week Location: Remote (Chicago, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, Missouri candidates preferred) Pay Rate: $34.00/hr.- $36.76/h Top 3 Must-Haves: β€’ Strong digital & eCommerce fluency β€’ Understanding of media metrics: ROAS, CPC, incremental ROAS β€’ Retail media strategy and buying experience β€’ Familiarity with platforms: Roundel (Target), The Collective (Albertsons), ADRM (Ahold Delhaize), DGRM (Dollar General) β€’ Client planning and business acumen β€’ Ability to guide campaign strategy and investment decisions across multiple retailers Key Responsibilities: β€’ Lead and develop a team of 6 (3 Sr. Managers, 1 Manager, 1 Sr. Analyst, 1 Analyst) β€’ Own and manage marketing budget; cascade to direct reports β€’ Drive strategic 2026 planning across accounts: Target, Albertsons, Ahold Delhaize, Dollar General β€’ Optimize campaign performance and ROI, including test & learn recaps β€’ Lead transition into Grocery Wholesale (Meijer, HEB, Publix) in 2H of contract β€’ Equip field sales teams with eComm tools, knowledge, and support materials β€’ Act as primary point of contact for BU leadership, National Omni Team, and media partners β€’ Deliver Monthly/Quarterly reporting (MBRs, QBRs) and campaign performance recaps β€’ Oversee digital execution across Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, and Search Preferred Experience & Skills: β€’ 8+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, client or agency side roles β€’ People management experience preferred (not required if candidate has strong digital expertise and executive presence) β€’ Strong background in media, sales, marketing, category planning, or analytics β€’ Familiarity with the CARS framework: Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, Search β€’ Strong communication and presentation skills β€’ Experience influencing stakeholders and summarizing complex data β€’ CPG or retail industry knowledge is a plus (ALB, AD, DG, Meijer, HEB, Publix)
