Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Ecommerce Manager with deep expertise in Shopify to lead the growth and optimisation of our Shopify-based ecommerce stores. This role focuses on enhancing our direct-to-consumer (DTC) strategy, maximising online revenue, and delivering a seamless and engaging user experience.
As the Shopify Specialist, you will oversee store performance, merchandising, site operations, third-party integrations, and digital marketing alignment to ensure our Shopify stores perform to the highest standard.
Core Competencies
• Shopify Expertise – Deep knowledge of Shopify admin, theme customisation, Liquid code (basic understanding), and third-party app ecosystems.
• Analytical Thinking – Strong command of analytics tools (Shopify Analytics, GA4, etc.) to inform store improvements.
• UX/UI Awareness – Passion for user experience and CRO best practices.
• Ecommerce Acumen – Strong commercial awareness, ability to drive online sales performance.
• Project Management – Capable of managing multiple Shopify initiatives, timelines, and agency or freelancer relationships.
• Collaboration – Work effectively across departments (cataloguing, digital marketing, content, operations, customer service).
• Innovation & Adaptability – Stay on top of ecommerce and Shopify trends to continuously improve.
