Job Title: Digital E-Commerce Analyst – Lead/Manager
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
Type: Full-time (W2)
Position Summary:
Seeking a results-driven Digital E-Commerce Analyst (Lead or Manager) to join our Digital & E-Commerce team. This role is central to driving data-informed decisions across our B2B digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce analytics, catalog management tools, digital merchandising, and website performance analytics to optimize customer journeys, improve product discoverability, and grow revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead data analysis efforts across digital e-commerce channels to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in B2B customer behavior.
• Develop and deliver actionable insights related to website traffic, conversion rates, product performance, A/B testing, and digital merchandising impact.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and catalog teams to improve digital product discovery and content accuracy.
• Monitor and report on key KPIs for online catalog performance and customer engagement across digital platforms.
• Utilize tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or Tableau to build dashboards and deliver performance insights.
• Analyze site search behavior and recommend enhancements to improve search relevance and product visibility.
• Contribute to digital roadmap development with data-backed recommendations for user experience, content placement, and category merchandising.
• Mentor and manage junior analysts (if in manager role), and establish best practices in digital analytics and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
• 6–10 years of experience in digital analytics or e-commerce analytics, preferably in B2B environments.
• Strong understanding of website analytics, digital merchandising, and catalog management systems (e.g., Salsify, Informatica PIM, or similar).
• Experience working with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Excel, SQL, and visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Deep knowledge of e-commerce platforms and CMS tools; experience with product catalog structures and digital taxonomy is a plus.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally in fast-paced, collaborative teams.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with B2B digital commerce platforms such as Oracle Commerce, SAP Hybris, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
• Prior experience in automotive parts or industrial catalog environments is highly desirable.
• Background in A/B testing platforms like Optimizely or Google Optimize.
• Knowledge of SEO metrics and digital content performance indicators.
