Job Title: ECommerce & Customer Marketing Lead
Location: Remote
Contract Duration: Mid-August 2025 β Mid-May 2026
Pay: $33.00/hr - $36.00/hr
About the Role
Our client, a leading organization within the North American Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) space, is seeking a seasoned eCommerce & Customer Marketing Lead for a strategic contract role. This leader will play a critical role in supporting 2026 planning across key accounts, driving eCommerce growth, and managing marketing investments during pivotal drive periods.
This individual will work closely with Strategic Accounts in the first phase of the contract, followed by leading efforts within the Grocery Wholesale channelβrequiring a blend of traditional and digital marketing expertise.
Key Deliverables
β’ Completion of 2026 customer planning and strategy
β’ Execution and recap of customer-specific campaigns and test & learn programs
β’ Management of eCommerce and traditional marketing programs
β’ Monthly and quarterly business reporting (MBR/QBR)
Responsibilities
β’ Lead and develop a team of 5β6 (from Analyst to Sr. Manager level)
β’ Cascade and manage the marketing budget across accounts
β’ Own campaign strategy, performance tracking, and retailer-specific planning (JBP/JVP/KVP)
β’ Provide monthly and quarterly recaps, digital performance share-outs, and strategic insights
β’ Equip Field Sales with tools and documentation to support eCommerce integration
β’ Collaborate across functions and with Retail Media Networks (Roundel, The Collective, ADRM, DGRM)
Qualifications
β’ 8+ years of experience in eCommerce, marketing, or sales within the CPG industry
β’ Experience with retail media strategy and media metrics (ROAS, CPC, incremental ROAS)
β’ Familiarity with key RMNs such as Roundel (Target), ADRM (Ahold), and others
β’ Strong financial and strategic acumen to guide marketing investment decisions
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, IRI, Spark, Reveal)
β’ Proven project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
β’ Experience developing teams and leading in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
