We’re a fast-paced multi-channel Digital Marketing Agency looking to fill a position in our Amazon Marketing Department. We’re seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Amazon Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate understands what it takes to successfully sell products on Amazon, is able to identify the needs of both new and current customers in order to scale and drive a profit.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategies to grow sales, improve rankings, and increase profitability on Amazon
• Audit and optimize listings (titles, bullets, gallery, A+ content)
• Manage Premium A+ and branded store design
• Coordinate creative assets (images, videos, brand store) with clients and in-house team
• Monitor and improve product detail pages to boost CTR and sales
• Own full Amazon ad stack: budgeting, campaign structure, reporting
• Stay on top of Amazon trends and evolving best practices to ensure the brands stay competitive
• Resolve issues related to listing suppression, stranded inventory, and account health
• Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and proactively address any warnings or flags
• Manage and maintain Amazon Transparency to ensure authenticity and pricing strategy
• Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs
• Manage all reporting on the health of customers' accounts
Qualifications
• At least one year of hands-on experience managing Amazon accounts
• Deep understanding of Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central
• Strong working knowledge of Amazon advertising tools and campaign optimization
• Articulate and comfortable in a client-facing role, managing multiple accounts
• Strong time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
