Gurum Digital is a specialized eCommerce marketing and management agency based in San Diego, USA, founded in 2015. We help various K-beauty and lifestyle brands enter and grow in the US market. We work with multiple brands across diverse sales channels including Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, eBay, and TikTok. We are looking for proactive and motivated individuals who want to grow with us by taking on new challenges with exciting brands.
Main Responsibilities
Client and Account Management:
β’ Build and maintain partnerships with multiple Korean brands (cosmetics, beauty, lifestyle, etc.), communicating in both English and Korean
β’ Collaborate with internal and external teams (advertising, design, development, etc.) to help brands achieve their goals
β’ Conduct regular meetings and performance reports (in English/Korean)
Amazon Operations:
β’ Manage multiple brandsβ product listings, advertising, backend operations, and competitor/trend analysis
β’ Create data-driven growth strategies and respond swiftly to issues
β’ Set up and optimize PPC and social media ads
Shopify Store Operations:
β’ Build DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) stores for various brands, optimizing product pages and promotions
β’ Work with designers and developers to enhance the experience for U.S. consumers
Qualifications and Preferences
β’ Previous experience with Amazon and Shopify is preferred
β’ Proficiency in both English and Korean communication
β’ Experience with K-beauty or lifestyle brand operations is a plus
β’ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and analyze data
β’ Familiarity with Google Analytics, Jungle Scout, Seller Central, and Shopify is a plus
