Role description
We are working with a well-established & unique gifting company who is looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager to manage their marketplace businesses – mainly Amazon and Walmart. Your role will be to oversee all online sales activities, and related administrative activities. Responsibilities include managing the company’s Amazon marketplaces and in addition, the company’s Walmart account, the company website, and driving other channels for online sales, including social sales. This is a fully remote role – You must be UK based and this role does not offer sponsorship. The Role • Managing and growing Amazon & Walmart marketplaces. Including product listings, advertising campaigns, inventory, and customer service. • Managing product listings, including creating and optimizing titles, descriptions, and images. • Developing and implementing strategies to improve product visibility, sales, and customer satisfaction. • Keeping abreast of Amazon's & Walmart’s latest policies, features, and best practices. • Adapting strategies to stay ahead of the competition and capitalize on new opportunities. • Develop and implement e-commerce strategies - setting sales goals, creating marketing plans, and optimizing the customer journey to increase sales and conversions. • Manage the website and online presence. • Monitor and analyze website performance. • Manage customer interactions. • Manage digital marketing channels. The Person • Ideally at least 4 years in a relevant Ecom/Marketplace Management role. • Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central. (Essential). • Proficiency in Walmart’s advertising platforms and analytics tools (Desirable). • Strong understanding of e-commerce principles: Knowledge of online sales, marketing, social media, and customer behaviour. • Experience with e-commerce platforms and tools: Familiarity with platforms like Google Analytics. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, customers, and stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop solutions to improve website performance. • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
