Residence Supply is a design-driven ecommerce brand based in Miami, creating handcrafted lighting and hardware. We’re scaling fast and expanding into new marketplaces — and we need someone sharp to own that growth.
The Role
We’re looking for an Ecommerce Marketplace Manager who can take charge of our Amazon and Wayfair presence. You’ll be the person who makes sure our products don’t just exist online — they dominate in copywriting and imagery. From listings to optimization to sales growth, you’ll be the one pulling the levers that bring our brand to millions of new customers.
This isn’t a “just upload SKUs” role. We want someone who lives and breathes marketplaces, understands what makes a product pop on Amazon or Wayfair, and can turn our catalog into a top-performing channel.
What You’ll Do
Listings & Optimization
• Create, optimize, and manage product listings on Amazon + Wayfair
• Ensure A+ content, SEO-rich descriptions, and eye-catching creatives
• Monitor product performance and iterate to improve CTR + conversion
Sales Growth & Strategy
• Develop strategies to scale revenue across marketplaces
• Manage pricing, promotions, and deals in line with brand goals
• Track category trends and competitor activity
Operations & Compliance
• Handle all backend marketplace operations (fulfillment setup, order flow, returns)
• Ensure full compliance with Amazon/Wayfair policies
• Keep inventory synced to avoid out-of-stocks and listing suspensions
Collaboration
• Work closely with our creative team for images + copy
• Coordinate with purchasing/inventory team to forecast demand
• Report performance directly to leadership
What We’re Looking For
• 2–4 years of Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central experience
• Experience managing Wayfair listings (huge plus)
• Solid understanding of SEO for marketplaces
• Strong written English (fluent, US-market tone)
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical with sales KPIs
• Bonus: Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Export, Zapier
