Podean is seeking an eCommerce Media Specialist to support the success of Amazon and other marketplace media campaigns. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is eager to learn, grow, and develop expertise in digital media and eCommerce. Working closely with senior team members, you will gain hands-on experience in campaign execution, data analysis, and client communication while helping to drive results for leading brands.
What You'll Do
• Assist with the day-to-day management of Amazon and marketplace media campaigns.
• Support in monitoring and optimising campaigns to achieve client goals.
• Conduct research, build reports, and analyse performance data to generate insights.
• Help develop test plans and contribute to strategic discussions with guidance from senior colleagues.
• Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
• Learn to translate client objectives into actionable tactics, gaining confidence in campaign set-up and execution.
• Build foundational knowledge in paid search and marketplace media best practices.
What We're Looking For
• Interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, or media.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a desire to build relationships and learn client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation is a plus).
• Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
