As an E-Commerce Merchandiser, you will be at the heart of our digital strategy, owning the presentation, performance, and continuous optimization of product categories across multiple Shopify websites. This role requires a strategic thinker with a sharp eye for merchandising, strong attention to detail, and a passion for crafting engaging online shopping experiences. Responsibilities: • Play a key role in launching new products including collaborating with other team members to gather product information, copy, images and supplement fact information, ensuring accuracy and brand alignment across all websites. • Strategically curate, categorize, and maintain product assortments to optimize the online shopping experience. Ensure that each product is positioned effectively within its category to support discoverability, customer engagement, and sales performance. • Routinely audit and update website content to ensure consistency and accuracy. This includes managing product categorization, descriptions, pricing, metadata, images, and linking strategies across all relevant collections and navigation points. • Ensure that all product attributes are correctly tagged and categorized across all digital sales channels to support filtering, SEO, and personalization strategies. • Analyze site metrics, customer behavior, sales data, and trend forecasts to make informed merchandising decisions. Regularly evaluate product performance and recommend adjustments to drive conversions and optimize product visibility. • Collaborate with marketing and technology teams to coordinate product launches and website updates. • Identify and test creative merchandising tactics to elevate customer experience and maximize sales opportunities. • Additional duties as assigned Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required • A minimum of 3 years of eCommerce or merchandising experience required. • A self-starter who is motivated and able to work independently. • Strong merchandising skills with a good eye for detail and product presentation. • Proficiency with Shopify or similar platforms; strong command of Excel and web-based content management systems. • A knowledge of the health and wellness environment including Sports Nutrition, HBA, Vitamins and Healthy Foods. • Ability to communicate and collaborate in a cross-functional environment with technology, marketing and product development teams. • A self-motivated mindset with an eagerness to adapt, learn, and stay ahead of eCommerce trends. • Strong verbal and written skills.
