EMEA eCommerce Website Specialists (Contract)
Location: Remote (UK / Europe)
Time Commitment: 4 days per week
Contract Duration: 4 months (with potential extension)

The EMEA digital team is seeking a skilled eCommerce Website Specialists (to ensure our European online store is always accurate, on-brand, and customer-friendly. You’ll act as the “product librarian” of the site, owning product details, pricing, category structures, and navigation while also driving key projects like a new language rollout and a taxonomy/filter redesign.
Key Responsibilities
Seasonal & Promotional Readiness
• Execute weekly or seasonal catalogue updates: onboard new SKUs, retire out‐of‐season items, apply promotional badges
• Maintain category structures, create new product listing pages (PLPs), and refine filter/navigation menus
• Push pricing updates (full-price and markdown) accurately and on schedule
Core Catalogue Management
• Audit and enrich product content (titles, descriptions, attributes, images, tags)
• Assign products to the correct categories, badges, and filters
• Perform regular data-quality checks and resolve any inconsistencies or display errors
Project Work
• Lead content and taxonomy mapping for a new-language site launch
• Contribute to navigation redesign: update menus and ensure cross-market consistency
• Support a global taxonomy and filter project: standardise naming, hierarchies, and SEO metadata
Troubleshooting & Quality Control
• Diagnose Business Manager or back-end display/content issues; implement fixes or escalate as needed
• Follow QA and sign-off processes to ensure error-free launches
• Produce Excel-based reports to track completion, performance, and outstanding issues
Required Qualifications
• Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC): Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Business Manager, catalogue pipelines, and custom cartridges
• Excel Proficiency: Advanced skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros) for data analysis and reporting
• Product Data Management: Strong understanding of PIM workflows, attribute modeling, and bulk updates
• Merchandising & Taxonomy: Knowledge of category design, SEO title best practices, and filtering strategies
• Attention to Detail: Proven track record managing large volumes of data with near-zero errors
• Communication & Time Management: Ability to juggle overlapping deadlines, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver on time
Nice-to-Have
• Experience with Salsify or other PIM platforms
• Prior work on multilingual or localization projects
• Basic familiarity with Google Analytics or similar eCommerce analytics tools
