Company Description Grant Digital is a Social Commerce agency built by a team of Ex-TikTokers, supporting consumer brands in their activations across TikTok Shop channels in the UK, US and EU markets. Core categories are currently beauty, food & beverage, nutrition with some select fashion clients. We are a full service agency, working in partnership with brands across shop management, affiliate management and content management (LIVE and Short Video). Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Ecommerce & Operations Assistant. The Ecommerce & Operations Assistant will be responsible for managing clients in areas such as: • Seller Centre management & analysing performance data • Working with Creator/Influencer talent in TikTok Shop • Collaborating with clients to ensure ecommerce content is optimised and effective • Supporting & management on paid media optimisations Qualifications & Experience • Strong communication skills both written and verbal • Ability to work independently and remotely, but collaborates well and is never afraid to ask for help • TikTok native - understands the TikTok platform and its ecosystem • Ideally has experience with eCommerce platforms, inventory management systems, and order processing • Ideally has skills in digital marketing, SEO, and online advertising • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in analysing sales data • Excellent organisational skills and ability to coordinate across multiple tasks • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field is preferred
