What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
β’ Design and implement a comprehensive QA plan to enhance efficiency in feature releases and version launches
β’ Proactively test the website, product pages, and promotional campaigns to identify technical issues or user experience challenges
β’ Triage, investigate, and document bugs, ensuring clear communication through actionable tickets
β’ Maintain accurate product data across systems and collaborate with Customer Service to clean backend customer and order data
β’ Assist with monthly performance reports and flag data anomalies to contribute insights for improvement
What Is Required (Qualifications)
β’ High school diploma required; Bachelorβs degree in a related field preferred
β’ Minimum of 2+ years in eCommerce QA, operations, or digital merchandising
β’ At least 5+ years of work experience in a professional setting
β’ Experience with QA across devices using tools like BrowserStack or equivalent
β’ Familiarity with Magento or Shopify backend administration
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
β’ Experience in the automotive, motorsports, or enthusiast eCommerce space
β’ Exposure to marketing tools such as Google Analytics 4, Mailchimp, or Meta Ads Manager
β’ Understanding of pre-order workflows and inventory management
