The Job:
Weβre seeking a Performance Marketing Lead with dropshipping experience to spearhead our growth across a diverse eCommerce portfolio. This is a high-impact role where youβll not only design and execute cutting-edge performance marketing strategies but also lead, mentor, and scale a marketing team to deliver exceptional business outcomes. In addition you will also be a point of contact for our clients and helping them to understand all marketing activities.
Your deep knowledge of dropshipping models, combined with expertise in paid channels and data-driven optimization, will be critical in driving revenue growth, building sustainable acquisition funnels, and ensuring our brands thrive in todayβs competitive digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
β’ Define and lead the overall performance marketing strategy, aligning with business goals and growth targets.
β’ Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team across paid media, analytics, and creative collaboration.
β’ Champion a data-driven culture, setting benchmarks and KPIs to guide decision-making and measure success.
β’ Oversee end-to-end management of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other key platforms.
β’ Ensure campaigns are structured for scale, profitability, and consistent optimization, leveraging advanced analytics and attribution models.
β’ Translate performance data into actionable strategies for ongoing improvement.
β’ Collaborate with operations, sourcing, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with the full customer journey.
β’ Stay ahead of digital marketing and eCommerce trends, with a focus on dropshipping best practices and emerging growth channels.
What Weβre Looking For
β’ Proven track record as a senior performance marketing manager/lead in eCommerce.
β’ Demonstrated experience managing and scaling a marketing team.
β’ Strong background in dropshipping, including customer acquisition, funnel optimization, and scaling paid media.
β’ Expertise in attribution models, A/B testing, and ROI measurement, combined with a performance-driven approach.
β’ Expertise in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, TikTok, etc.) and A/B testing methodologies.
β’ A balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution.
β’ Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
β’ Experience with eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and marketing automation tools is a plus.
