Job Description: The Product Manager, eCommerce role will lead the product strategy and roadmap execution within the US for our team. This role will be critical in creating customer-facing features and operational tools to unlock growth opportunities across our multi-tenant eCommerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the Shopify platform, an extensive history of driving results, and managing the end-to-end product lifecycle. This role will partner closely with technical product managers, engineering, UX, and business stakeholders to identify problems, define solutions, and manage product delivery from concept to launch. Key Qualifications: • The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years working in product management with a deep understanding of eCommerce platforms and tools. • Deep Shopify Plus ecommerce platform background, including installing and customizing new Shopify themes, apps, and API integrations, checkout extensibility, and third-party apps. • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. • Ability to manage multiple priorities & stakeholders in a dynamic environment. • Demonstrated ability to lead and deliver complex projects from conception to completion, with measurable outcomes. • Experience managing agile development cycles and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Ability to collaborate with eCommerce, data, and operations stakeholders to understand and influence product strategy and roadmaps, aggregate and conceive ideas for enhancing product performance and achieving product success/KPIs. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and prioritization skills. • Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Monday.com, Google Analytics, and Shopify Admin. • Experience in the music and / or entertainment industries.
