Cross-Functional Strategy & Execution β€’ Collaborate with Digital, Creative, CX, Ops, and Retention teams to prioritize initiatives and deliver impactful solutions. β€’ Manage timelines, dependencies, and trade-offs with clarity and transparency. Team Leadership & Agile Delivery β€’ Work closely with our LATAM-based development team, leading sprint planning, backlog prioritization, QA, and deployments. β€’ Ensure smooth rollouts, incident response readiness, and system stability. Systems & Process Optimization β€’ Continuously improve integrations, automations, and performance across platforms. β€’ Define and maintain best practices in QA, release management, and documentation. Qualifications β€’ Required: 2+ years of hands-on Shopify Plus experience, with proven success owning roadmap and platform performance. β€’ Strong background in CRO strategy, testing, and optimization. β€’ Experience collaborating with UX/design to drive measurable improvements in customer experience. β€’ Proven track record managing technical teams and complex systems across sprints, launches, and upgrades. β€’ Understanding of e-commerce architecture, integrations, and digital systems. Bonus points for the ability to communicate effectively with developers about Liquid, React, Shopify APIs, and modern dev workflows (Git, staging, CLI). β€’ Experience working with tools such as Klaviyo, Airtable, ReDo, Attentive, Cin7, PowerBI, and GCP is a plus. β€’ Spanish language skills preferred, but not required. β€’ Must be able to work in-office at our Hollywood, LA location at least 3 days per week.
