We’re scaling rapidly, and we need a dynamic eCommerce & Shopify Coordinator to drive our next phase of growth. Who We’re Looking For
We’re on the hunt for a detail-obsessed, ecommerce powerhouse who knows how to create exceptional customer experiences from the very first click. This role is part UX whisperer and part Shopify ninja—someone who can translate our bold brand personality into high-converting user journeys across our Shopify storefront..
You’ll be the go-to person for bringing our entire product catalog to life. You’ll work closely with marketing, design, and supply chain teams to ensure every listing looks amazing, reads like us, and sells like hell.
What You’ll Do
• Oversee daily operations and performance of the Shopify storefront, including site updates, product listings, and promotions.
• Edit and optimize copy for product pages, landing pages, promotional campaigns, and seasonal launches
• Ensure that all products have consistent, on brand product descriptions, photography/graphics
• Keep our brand voice and visuals locked in across every touchpoint—from product descriptions to CTAs to taglines.
• Implement and manage custom themes, apps, and integrations to enhance customer experience.
• Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and design teams for product readiness.
• Maintain product accuracy across descriptions, pricing, images, specs, and inventory
• Keep our digital asset library organized and up-to-date using Canto (no digital dumpster fires here)
What You Bring to the Squad
• 3+ years managing Shopify or similar ecommerce platforms—preferably in lifestyle, or sports
• Familiarity with asset management tools (like Canto)
• Experience juggling deadlines, projects, and a little bit of chaos—without dropping the ball
• A deep appreciation for clean UX, smart CTAs, and a killer headline
• Experience with customization tool Customily and upsell tool Vitals a plus
