JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Reports to: Senior Director, Ecommerce & Digital Operations
Astral Brands is a leader in clean beauty and skincare, home to four purpose-driven brands: PÜR, COSMEDIX, butter LONDON, and Aloette. We’re passionate about building best-in-class DTC experiences and are looking for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and strategically minded Ecommerce Site Experience Manager to elevate our site performance, conversion, and customer journey across our Shopify Plus storefronts
Role Overview
This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of site operations, UX strategy, and ecommerce performance. You’ll own the day-to-day operations of our DTC websites while collaborating across teams to implement CRO improvements, support launches, and ensure a flawless shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Site Operations & Merchandising
• Own daily management of Shopify Plus storefronts across multiple brands.
• Launch new products, bundles, and promos; manage product catalog accuracy and site navigation.
• Maintain homepage, banner content, collections, and landing pages in alignment with seasonal and promotional calendars.
• Partner with Marketing and Creative on timely execution of campaigns and on-site storytelling.
Optimization & UX
• Test and improve PDP layouts, navigation, and on-site search to increase CVR, AOV, and UPT.
• QA site experiences regularly across desktop and mobile to ensure speed, accessibility, and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with dev agencies and internal stakeholders to implement new UX enhancements, feature requests, and bug fixes.
• Use data to identify friction points in the customer journey and recommend smart improvements.
Performance & Strategy
• Monitor site analytics and report on key metrics like conversion rate, bounce rate, and return rate.
• Build test-and-learn roadmaps for CRO and A/B testing (PDPs, cart flows, layouts).
• Support SEO best practices through content updates and site structure improvements.
• Stay up to date on ecommerce platform trends, app integrations, and tech stack tools that enhance user experience.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years in ecommerce operations, DTC merchandising, or digital experience roles.
• Proficiency in Shopify Plus (required); experience with landing page builders (e.g., Shogun, PageFly, or Figma) is a plus.
• Strong grasp of UX/UI best practices and conversion-focused design thinking.
• Familiarity with Klaviyo, GA4, Hotjar, or similar analytics tools.
• Bonus: working knowledge of HTML/CSS, schema, or Liquid templating.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative—able to manage multiple brands and timelines simultaneously.
