• Analyse Performance: Use Magento, GA4, Klaviyo, and Dotdigital to uncover commercial opportunities.
• Strategic Reporting: Build monthly growth reports and strategic recommendations with clear ROI alignment.
• Collaborative Execution: Work with developers, CRM experts, and UX designers to bring your ideas to life.
• KPI Management: Define and track ecommerce KPIs such as revenue per user, AOV, LTV, bounce rate, and conversion rate.
• CRM Audits: Identify gaps in customer lifecycle journeys through CRM automation and campaign audits.
• Optimisation Initiatives: Lead on-site optimisation and CRO recommendations.
• Data Translation: Convert complex data into simple, actionable roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Client Presentations: Present strategies and performance reviews with confidence and commercial clarity.
• Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of ecommerce trends, consumer behaviour shifts, and industry benchmarks.
• Performance Champion: Promote performance-first thinking across all service areas.
Qualifications
• Experience: 3+ years in an ecommerce, performance marketing, or digital strategy role.
• Proven Growth Driver: Demonstrated success in driving measurable growth through data-led insights.
