Ecommerce Specialist โ€ข 40 hours per week โ€ข Hybrid 1-2 days per week onsite โ€ข Ongoing contract up to 12 months with opportunity for conversion โ€ข Salsify experience required Responsibilities: Salsify Content Syndication: โ€ข - Manage and optimize the syndication of product content through Salsify to key retail partners (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, Target). โ€ข - Ensure items in Salsify have complete copy content, titles and images prior to syndication. Configure and maintain retailer-specific channels, ensuring content meets each partnerโ€™s requirements. โ€ข - Monitor syndication health, resolve errors, and ensure timely updates to product listings. SEO-Optimized Content Creation: โ€ข - Support creation of high-quality, brand-aligned product copy including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and enhanced content. โ€ข - Partner to incorporate SEO best practices to improve product discoverability on retailer sites and search engines. โ€ข - Collaborate with brand and marketing teams to ensure messaging consistency and tone of voice. Digital Shelf Optimization: โ€ข - Audit and maintain digital shelf content to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with brand and retailer standards. โ€ข - Track and report on digital shelf KPIs such as content scorecards, search rank, and conversion metrics. โ€ข Cross-Functional Collaboration: โ€ข - Work closely with product, brand, and creative teams to gather and validate product information and assets.
