Job Title: Ecommerce Specialist Location: Hybrid – Must be located within 50 miles of the Dublin, Ohio Home Office. (Onsite 2 days per week: Mondays & Wednesdays) Shift: Monday–Friday, standard business hours (EST) Pay Rate: $47.24/hour + paid weekly! Job Summary As an Ecommerce Consultant with our client, you will play a critical role in gathering and analyzing data across digital platforms. This role will support web tracking initiatives to enable website personalization strategies that enhance the customer experience, strengthen customer loyalty, and increase market share. The Ecommerce Consultant will collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics and deliver insights that drive growth. Key Responsibilities • Translate complex business and personalization requirements into tagging requirements. • Ensure proper testing and monitoring are in place to validate tagging implementation. • Consult with internal teams and business leaders to define digital analytics reporting scope and requirements. • Manage multiple open requests simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery. • Develop standard and ad-hoc reporting on digital marketing, web, and mobile performance. • Collaborate with managers and team members to resolve data and reporting issues. Qualifications Technical Skills & Experience • Hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics implementation and reporting (required). • Strong knowledge of writing tagging documentation for eCommerce websites. • Familiarity with eCommerce testing, optimization strategies, and tools. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and discover opportunities. • Proven ability to work collaboratively across functions and business units. Education • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience required. • 3+ years of relevant experience preferred.
