Role description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive with hands-on experience in managing online product catalogs, promotions, and sales tracking in the FMCG sector within the UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience and a strong understanding of online retail operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Product Listing & Management:
• Add, update, and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Noon, Instashop, Talabat, Carrefour).
• Ensure accurate product descriptions, images, pricing, and specifications.
• Promotions & Campaigns:
• Plan, create, and monitor promotional offers and discount campaigns across platforms.
• Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external platform contacts to execute offers.
• Product Lifecycle Control:
• Activate or pause products as per inventory, seasonality, or promotional strategy.
• Ensure out-of-stock products are paused and reactivated promptly once replenished.
• Sales Monitoring & Reporting:
• Track daily/weekly/monthly sales and analyze performance metrics.
• Generate sales and campaign reports to support business decisions.
• Platform Communication:
• Coordinate with platform account managers for campaign approvals, listings, and other operational tasks.
• Ensure timely resolution of listing or promotional issues.
• Content & Optimization:
• Suggest improvements to product titles, descriptions, and keywords to improve visibility and conversion.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and optimize listings for better search ranking.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an e-commerce role within the FMCG industry in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of online platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Carrefour, Talabat, or similar.
• Understanding of product lifecycle management in an online environment.
• Proficient in Excel and analytical tools for reporting and performance tracking.
• Familiar with e-commerce KPIs (conversion rate, cart abandonment, impressions, etc.).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
