About the Role:
HYPLAND is seeking a highly organized and results-driven E-Commerce & Marketplace Coordinator to manage and grow our TikTok Shop, Amazon Store, and Shopify platforms. This person will play a critical role in overseeing digital storefront performance, executing product uploads, managing inventory flow, and supporting order fulfillment to drive revenue across multiple sales channels.
Key Responsibilities:
โข Oversee day-to-day operations and sales performance for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
โข Ensure all product listings are optimized and consistently updated across platforms
โข Monitor inventory levels, restock needs, and coordinate with warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overstock situations
โข Set up and manage promotions, campaigns, and product drops across platforms
โข Report weekly sales performance, trends, and identify opportunities to improve conversion
โข Ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and coordinate with customer service for issue resolution
โข Collaborate with marketing team to align product launches and promotions
โข Maintain platform compliance and stay updated with best practices and algorithm changes (especially on TikTok Shop)
Requirements:
โข Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
โข Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, sales funnel management, and digital retail trends
โข Experience with inventory management software or tools
โข Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
โข Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions
โข Prior experience in fashion, streetwear, or consumer goods is a plus
โข Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Bonus Skills:
โข Familiarity with tools like ShipStation, Klaviyo, or 3PL platforms
โข Experience with influencer commerce or TikTok affiliate marketing
โข SEO knowledge for product listing optimization
