About the Role: HYPLAND is seeking a highly organized and results-driven E-Commerce & Marketplace Coordinator to manage and grow our TikTok Shop, Amazon Store, and Shopify platforms. This person will play a critical role in overseeing digital storefront performance, executing product uploads, managing inventory flow, and supporting order fulfillment to drive revenue across multiple sales channels. Key Responsibilities: โ€ข Oversee day-to-day operations and sales performance for Amazon, TikTok Shop, and Shopify โ€ข Ensure all product listings are optimized and consistently updated across platforms โ€ข Monitor inventory levels, restock needs, and coordinate with warehouse team to avoid stockouts or overstock situations โ€ข Set up and manage promotions, campaigns, and product drops across platforms โ€ข Report weekly sales performance, trends, and identify opportunities to improve conversion โ€ข Ensure smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and coordinate with customer service for issue resolution โ€ข Collaborate with marketing team to align product launches and promotions โ€ข Maintain platform compliance and stay updated with best practices and algorithm changes (especially on TikTok Shop) Requirements: โ€ข Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central, TikTok Shop, and Shopify โ€ข Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, sales funnel management, and digital retail trends โ€ข Experience with inventory management software or tools โ€ข Highly detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills โ€ข Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions โ€ข Prior experience in fashion, streetwear, or consumer goods is a plus โ€ข Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Bonus Skills: โ€ข Familiarity with tools like ShipStation, Klaviyo, or 3PL platforms โ€ข Experience with influencer commerce or TikTok affiliate marketing โ€ข SEO knowledge for product listing optimization What We Offer: โ€ข Opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, globally recognized streetwear brand โ€ข Creative freedom and input on product storytelling through marketplace channels โ€ข Hybrid work flexibility (LA-based preferred) โ€ข Collaborative and culturally forward team environment To Apply: โ€ข Submit your resume and a short paragraph about your experience managing sales across e-commerce platforms.
