Role description
Job Title: E-commerce & Website Manager
Location: Remote (UK-based)
Salary: Competitive
About Us
Kendamil is one of the fastest-growing infant nutrition brands globally, trusted by parents in over 50 countries. Family-owned and proudly crafted in the UK, we’ve disrupted the formula category with our unique whole milk recipe — and today, we’re stocked in major retailers worldwide, from Target and Walmart in the US to Boots and Tesco in the UK.
With a mission to set new standards in family nutrition, we’re expanding fast across global markets and into exciting new product categories.
This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about digital growth, eCommerce, and customer experience to play a pivotal part in shaping one of the UK’s fastest-growing FMCG success stories.
The Role
As Ecommerce & Website Manager, you’ll take full ownership of our global websites — managing, optimising, and scaling our ecommerce platforms to deliver a best-in-class direct-to-consumer (D2C) experience. You’ll also ensure our international and healthcare professional websites are consistent, compliant, and reflect the Kendamil brand at the highest standard.
You’ll work closely with our Digital Director, agencies, and cross-functional teams to drive growth across online stores and marketplaces, while leading initiatives in conversion rate optimisation and international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
E-commerce Website Management
• Manage and optimise Shopify stores across the UK, EU, and USA.
• Drive UX and CRO improvements, optimising customer journeys, checkout flows, and merchandising.
• Manage product listings, PDP optimisation, and site content in line with regulations.
• Partner with agencies and tech teams on integrations, analytics, and new features.
Marketplaces & Amazon
• Manage Kendamil’s Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces.
• Optimise listings, imagery, keywords, and A+ content to boost conversions and visibility.
• Monitor reviews, ratings, and seller metrics to ensure compliance and consistency.
Non-E-commerce Websites
• Oversee healthcare professional (hcp.kendamil.com) and other non-D2C sites.
• Ensure sites are up-to-date, compliant, and user-friendly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align content with product updates and regulations.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
• Own the CRO testing roadmap, from A/B landing page tests to checkout funnel improvements.
• Use GA4, Shopify Analytics, and session replay tools to analyse behaviour and generate insights.
• Implement data-driven initiatives to boost CVR, AOV, and subscription uptake.
International Expansion
• Lead the launch of US ecommerce (Shopify Plus).
• Work cross-functionally with supply chain, marketing, sales, and regulatory teams to ensure readiness.
• Develop scalable templates and localisation processes to support future rollouts.
Qualification and experience:
Essential
• Hands-on experience managing Shopify ecommerce websites.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central (listings, optimisation, compliance).
• Experience managing multiple sites (D2C, B2B, or informational).
• Data-driven mindset with experience in GA4, Shopify Analytics, and A/B testing tools.
• Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Desirable
• Experience with international ecommerce launches (multi-region / multi-currency).
• Familiarity with subscription (Awtomic, Recharge) and loyalty (Yotpo) platforms.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Shopify theme development and customisation.
• SEO best practices for e-commerce.
• Experience working with distributors/partners across multiple markets.
• FMCG or regulated category experience.
What we offer
• A chance to join a high-growth, purpose-led British brand making a global impact.
• Remote-first role with occasional team days in London and Kendal.
• The opportunity to shape our e-commerce expansion into new international markets.
• A collaborative and ambitious culture where your ideas can make a difference.
