Role Overview
The eConcessions Manager role is responsible for running the Maison's business on partners' online marketplaces. To be successful, the eConcessions Manager must be comfortable working in a cross cultural and cross functions environment, with a strong business approach.
Key Responsibilities
• Budget
• Involvement in the budgeting process and responsible for establishing realistic yet high-reaching sales target
• Build the budget-related commercial calendar and action plan
• Analyze and report your business on a weekly/monthly basis and provide top management with insights
• eConcessions Partnerships
• Understand the intricacies of eConcessions platform and organization in order to identify opportunities and lead expectations
• Establish trust and brand preference with your main contacts by being proactive, responsive and displaying a strong business mentality
• Specifically, acquire an understanding of the inner workings of the algorithm and the way they approach performance
• Grow relationship by educating partners on the brand and thus improving our brand representation on site over time
• Specifically, build and grow your relationship with the VIC Limitless team and all stylists in general
• Merchandising
• Assist in the buying process and deliver feedback to the Merchandising team with the specificities of your store
• Build an assortment that will drive performance while optimizing Sell Through
• Specifically, continuously improve the assortment’s performance by monitoring and removing low performers
• Specifically, research and updated categorization so that our assortment matches what users are searching
• Secure stock needed to achieve objectives and optimize brand representation on the partner’s site
• Specifically, secure Exclusives / Pre Launches with merchandising and BU partners
• Implement accurate uploading and publishing of the products on the partner’s site, while minimizing the time to live
• Marketing
• Responsible for identifying marketing opportunities with the eConcessions partner
• Build campaigns in partnership with the Performance Media & Marketing Coordinator by leveraging internal resource and knowledge
• Technical Integration
• Acquire comprehensive understanding of the interface and the related flows
• Ability to pre-qualify issues and identify improvement opportunities
• Build a relationship with the IT team in order to continuously improve setup to accelerate the business, strive for new projects and have them approved
Qualifications
Job responsibilities
• 8 - 10 years in eCommerce, Performance Marketing or Merchandising in the fashion industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with multiple teams, including Merchandising, Marketing and IT
• Ability to build a strong, mutually beneficial business relationship with third parties
