We are looking for a driven, persuasive, and competitive Elite Sales Closer with proven experience in phone-based sales — preferably upselling, cross-selling, or customer retention for eCommerce or subscription-based brands.
Your mission: take happy one-time customers and turn them into loyal, high-value buyers by offering them irresistible product upgrades and exclusive deals over the phone.
If you have a track record of closing deals, handling objections, and consistently hitting targets, we want you on our team.
Responsibilities:
- Call existing customers to offer relevant product upgrades, bundles, or exclusive time-sensitive deals.
- Follow proven scripts while adapting your tone and approach to each customer.
- Build rapport quickly, listen actively, and identify upsell opportunities.
- Handle objections with confidence and empathy.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
Mandatory: Proven experience in phone-based sales for eCommerce, subscription, or direct response brands.
- Strong closing skills with a history of exceeding targets.
- Confident, friendly phone presence with excellent spoken English.
