As Email & CRM Lead you will be developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns, devising CRM strategies, and driving customer engagement, retention and, most importantly, revenue. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our brand's presence in B2B and D2C channels across our portfolio of brands to foster long term loyalty and revenue growth. With a creative mindset, an eye for design, and strong skills in communication and copywriting, you'll collaborate closely with marketing and brand teams to develop and execute campaigns that drive user acquisition, engagement, sales conversion, and customer loyalty across B2B and D2C channels. Key Responsibilities β€’ Managing, planning and executing the EMEA email marketing strategy across B2B and D2C channels taking ownership of the communication plan for email. β€’ Building emails to ensure communications are on brand. Overseeing the process of translations, scheduling, A/B testing, sign off and deployment of all B2B & D2C customer email campaigns. β€’ Leveraging our CRM system (Klaviyo) to enhance customer segmentation and personalisation, ensuring targeted campaigns that drive repeat purchases and revenue. β€’ Continually reviewing and optimising automation flows to ensure maximum effectiveness, plus finding new opportunities for additional flows that will improve business KPIs β€’ Analysing campaign performance meticulously, ensuring KPI’s are tracked and achieved. Then using this data to inform strategy and improve performance. β€’ Managing the quality and consistency of data capture and overseeing the customer data platform. Ensuring all marketing activities adhere to relevant regulations including GDPR, maintaining the integrity of our customer data. Role Requirements β€’ Minimum 3 years’ B2B and/or D2C experience in email marketing and CRM β€’ Experience in ecommerce, retail, or B2C industries in multiple languages and currencies. β€’ Confidence with data-driven decision making, a demonstrable track record of driving results. β€’ Creative mindset with a customer-first approach. β€’ Able to manage and achieve multiple deadlines whilst remaining highly organised with excellent attention to detail. β€’ Exceptional communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
