Role: Email Marketing Executive- Sheffield
Salary: £25,000K - £30,000K per annum
Hours: 9am- 5pm Monday- Friday (flexibility)

Position Overview:
Responsible for developing and executing email marketing strategies specifically tailored to our members. Planning, implementation, and optimisation of email campaigns, focusing on member engagement, and retention. This role requires a deep understanding of email marketing strategies, data analysis, and the ability to create compelling content that engages members and new business.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at member engagement and retention as well as lead generation and ecommerce purchases, including the design, messaging, and call-to-action elements.
• Work with the content team to write and edit persuasive email content that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience. Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing email templates.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, design, and call-to-actions to continuously improve email performance. Analyse data and metrics to optimise campaigns for better engagement rates.
• Lead on the execution of our customer facing webinars and online events, ensuring the full-funnel is working as expected from pre-marketing to sign up and after event communications
• Monitor and report on key email marketing metrics, including open rates, click-through rates and use this information to inform decisions and optimise future emails.
• Manage leads administration process, checking the inbound ‘meetings’ inbox and creating new leads for sales in HubSpot
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team, programme managers, and other departments to align email marketing strategies with overall lead generation goals
Experience:
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a marketing role
• Demonstrable experience working with HubSpot, or a similar CRM system
Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools/software.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
• Ability to multitask
