About The Role
Are you a creative and analytical marketer with a passion for driving engagement through CRM and loyalty programs? We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to lead all aspects of our eCommerce CRM communications—including email, SMS, push notifications, and loyalty program messaging. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategy, planning, testing, scheduling, and coding for ongoing and triggered campaigns that reach millions of customers.
• Lead the design, build, testing, and launch of CRM and loyalty messaging in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Plan and execute segmentation and A/B testing strategies for audience targeting, creative content, subject lines, and send times.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and storytelling with internal teams such as Web Merchandising, Planning, Brand Marketing, and Impact.
• Track and report on campaign results using ESPs and web analytics tools.
• Manage a team responsible for scheduling promos, segmenting audiences, HTML coding, designing, and testing communications.
• Collaborate with creative teams to ensure compelling campaign assets that drive results.
• Stay current with industry best practices to recommend new strategies for engaging brand audiences.
Your Background Includes
• 5 years of experience in CRM (email, SMS, push) & loyalty marketing platforms—fashion or retail experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in HTML coding (including mobile devices).
• Strong skills in email and SMS design (Photoshop/Figma).
• Experience with ESPs such as Listrak, Attentive, Klaviyo, etc.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with strong initiative and follow-through.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Web analytics experience required (Google Analytics preferred).
• A commitment to making kindness in business a standard practice.
• Available to be onsite in Culver City two days per week.
