• e for:Email & SMS Marketing Calendar: In collaboration with the marketing and creative team, you will own the Email & SMS Marketing calendar to program your channels to support company-wide commercial initiatives and drive the most meaningful customer engag
• ement.Email & SMS Briefing: Own the briefing process for your channel and work with marketing and creative teams to design assets that meet brand standards and business objec
• tives.Email & SMS Deployment: Build, QA and schedule all marketing emails and SMS
• sends.Channel Analytics: In partnership with BI, develop an Email & SMS scorecard, track and report out on all engagement and revenue me
• trics.A/B Testing: Develop and execute against an iterative testing roadmap, publish learnings and implement best prac
• tices.Audience Segmentation: Manage all customer segments and ensure we’re messaging the right audiences at the right
