About the Job We’re looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Manager who’s excited to own two of our most important customer channels. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for creating campaigns that not only engage our customers but also drive measurable growth in retention and revenue. You’ll spend your time building smart segments, testing creative ideas, and making data-driven decisions that shape how we connect with our audience. If you’re someone who loves digging into customer insights, has a knack for personalization, and thrives on turning ideas into results, this role will give you the chance to make a direct, visible impact on the business. Responsibilities Email + SMS Marketing (Core Focus) • Own strategy and execution for email and SMS campaigns that drive engagement, revenue, and retention. • Develop segmentation and personalization strategies to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time. • Concept, test, and deploy campaigns across Klaviyo/Attentive. • Maintain list health, deliverability, and database growth while minimizing churn. • Analyze performance, share insights, and optimize campaigns to hit engagement and revenue goals. • Stay current on trends in email/SMS, CRM, and personalization to bring fresh ideas to the table. CRM + Analytics • Leverage Klaviyo CRM, GA4, and Shopify data to understand customer behavior and map the full lifecycle. • Create and monitor key customer segments and cohorts to improve LTV and reduce churn. • Support brand initiatives (e.g. surveys, promotions, gifting, event invites) by identifying and activating target cohorts. Subscription Management (Nice to Have) • Support subscription program performance and enhancements (Recharge or similar). • Report on trends and opportunities to boost retention and lifetime value. Shopify / E-commerce (Nice to Have) • Partner with the e-commerce team to improve site experience, conversion, and AOV. • Share insights on customer journey touchpoints across web and marketing channels. Qualifications • Proven experience in email and SMS marketing with tools like Klaviyo, Attentive, Braze, or Iterable. • Strong background in customer retention and lifecycle marketing. • Analytical mindset with proficiency in GA4, Shopify, and CRM segmentation. • Clear communicator with strong project management skills. • Curious, data-driven, and eager to test, learn, and optimize.
