Role description

As the only platform that pairs fulfillment & insurance technology with end-to-end global services, Arta supports merchants, marketplaces, and auction houses make complicated commerce simple. We are seeking a goal and results-oriented Enterprise Account Executive to join our Sales team. This role is pivotal in expanding our client base and enhancing our relationships with key stakeholders in the industry. In this role, you’ll apply an understanding of Arta’s products, sales methodology, processes, prospecting techniques, and client base to sell into target accounts that can benefit from our commerce technology and enabled services. A successful candidate will have a track record of building and closing pipeline with limited resources, collaborates well across teams and functions, and is comfortable working independently. This role will report to the VP of Revenue. Responsibilities β€’ Independently lead the full sales-cycle, from outreach, to interest, to deal close, for your assigned account list. β€’ Partner closely with the marketing and demand generation team on Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across our key accounts. β€’ Proactively prospect ICP accounts outside of your named list to uncover and develop new business opportunities. β€’ Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders (product, client success, solutions, operations) to close deals, quickly. β€’ Create detailed account plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas. β€’ Identify and build relationships with key stakeholders at all levels within a target account organisation. β€’ Consult with enterprise prospects regarding business objectives and requirements. β€’ Demonstrate technical and operational aptitude. β€’ Provide regular updates on your deal status and activities in Hubspot, ensuring we have a thorough and consistent record to enable accurate forecasting. Qualifications β€’ You have 5+ years experience as an Account Executive or similar sales role in SaaS B2B, B2B2C or ecommerce product. Experience with logistics, insurance, and fulfillment a plus. β€’ You have experience in the auction, art gallery, or luxury ecommerce space. β€’ You have experience generating demand for a product where a budget might not yet exist. β€’ You thrive partnering with business leaders and executives, developing long-term relationships, closing deals, and aligning key stakeholders at each stage of the sales lifecycle β€’ You are passionate about our overall mission at Arta and how it can bring value to our clients β€’ You have a track record of creating significant revenue impact for your organization β€’ You are a resourceful, creative problem-solver when faced with the business needs of your prospects. β€’ Working knowledge of Hubspot, Gong, Apollo, LinkedIn preferred.
