Enterprise Integration Architect Louisville, KY (Remote) 100% remote. 6 months contract to Hire Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Integration Architect to lead the integration of our E-Commerce Digital Ordering Platform. This key role will focus on defining the overall enterprise messaging architecture, with an emphasis on integrating messaging solutions such as TIBCO and Artemis. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the organization's digital transformation by driving the strategic direction of the messaging architecture, ensuring seamless integration across platforms, and enhancing the performance of our digital ordering system. Key Responsibilities: • Lead the design, development, and integrationof messaging solutions for the enterprise, focusing on TIBCO and Artemis. • Develop and maintain the messaging architecture roadmapto ensure alignment with business objectives and technology goals. • Provide thought leadershipand drive the organization s strategy for enterprise messaging architecture and integration practices. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, IT, and Business units, to design, build, and integrate scalable messaging solutions. • Ensure that the E-Commerce Digital Ordering Platformis seamlessly integrated with enterprise messaging systems, improving speed, security, and reliability of order processing. • Lead the integrationof various back-end and front-end systems, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. • Evaluate and recommend new technologies, tools, and methodologiesto enhance the messaging and integration landscape. • Define best practices and standardsfor the use of messaging technologies within the organization, ensuring consistent application across teams. • Provide expertise and guidance on TIBCO messaging solutions(e.g., EMS, BusinessWorks, ActiveMatrix) and Artemis for real-time messaging, queues, and topics. • Drive the continuous improvementof integration patterns, service-oriented architecture (SOA), and event-driven architecture (EDA) solutions. • Provide oversight and mentorship to junior architects and technical teams, driving alignment in technology decisions. • Participate in the evaluation and selection of third-party solutionsthat complement and integrate with existing platforms. • Participate in the PRODUCTION incidents triages to provide a quick mitigation plans from recovery as well as options to find out the Root Cause. • Perform the Messaging Administrative operations activities in terms of monitoring the queues, diverts and Ensure message durability, failover, and clusteringconfigurations are optimize. • Manage installation, configuration, patching, and upgradesof TIBCO EMS and Artemis. • Tune JMS queues, topics, and persistence settingsto optimize performance. • Debug issues related to message loss, duplication, or out-of-order processing. • Troubleshoot connectivity issues, slow consumers, and high message backlogs. • Optimize producer-consumer throughputand avoid message bottlenecks. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus. • 8+ years of experiencein enterprise architecture, with a focus on integration solutions for e-commerce and digital platforms. • Strong expertise in TIBCO messaging solutions(TIBCO EMS, TIBCO BusinessWorks, TIBCO FTL) and experience with Artemis messaging (Brokers, Diverts) platform. • Deep knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, including event-driven architecture (EDA), microservices, and service-oriented architecture (SOA). • 8+ years experience coding in Java • Proven experience leading and managing complex integration projectswithin large organizations. • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, and web services, with experience in RESTful APIsand SOAP services. • Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital ordering systems, and related technologies. • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Proven ability to develop and maintain architectural roadmapsand drive technical innovation. • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and monitoring solutions for messaging platforms. • Understanding of security best practicesin enterprise messaging and integration. Preferred Skills: • Experience with Artemis, TIBCO, Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging platforms in a cloud-native environment. • Familiarity with containerization(e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud technologies (Google). • Certification in TIBCOproducts (e.g., TIBCO Certified Professional) or Artemis. • Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with DevOps practices.
