SUMMARY
The Enterprise & Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing the production and development of BiG's Citizen-made products and managing external sales, including wholesale, corporate, e-commerce, and seasonal campaigns. This individual will collaborate closely with campus leads, Shop and Inventory Managers, and other departments to ensure product excellence, mission alignment, and market success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Enterprise Management & Product Development
• Regularly visit each campus to collaborate with staff and Citizens, troubleshoot issues, and support enterprise success.
• Consult with production teams to assess new and existing products.
• Create and update COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) and SKUs for new products; ensure each enterprise product is costed accurately.
• Develop new product lines and enterprises from concept to execution, including raw material sourcing, SOPs, pictorial recipes, and staff training.
• Update COGS and manage raw materials inventory in coordination with Accounting.
• Oversee product packaging design, sourcing graphic design help as needed.
• Maintain weekly inventory reports and distribute production goals to campus leads weekly.
• Meet regularly with leadership (weekly with leads, bi-weekly with VP of Operations and Shop Team).
• Liaise with replication sites as necessary to support enterprise scale and quality.
• Outside Sales & Marketing
• Foster and expand wholesale and corporate customer relationships.
• Create and maintain updated product catalogs (wholesale, corporate, seasonal).
• Handle all invoicing and order fulfillment logistics including shipping and delivery.
• Coordinate with Inventory Manager to ensure product availability for all sales streams.
• Develop and implement targeted marketing plans for Citizen products.
• Manage e-commerce operations including product updates and fulfillment.
• Collaborate with Social Media staff to promote products and highlight sales initiatives.
• Seasonal Campaigns
• Lead all efforts for Poinsettia and Pie sales campaigns, including customer engagement, fulfillment, and marketing.
• Develop creative strategies (e.g., Pie of the Month, gift bundles) to enhance sales.
• Retail Collaboration
• Partner with Shop Manager to promote Citizen products within the Shop.
• Partner with Shop Staff to fulfill Outside Sales Orders and coordinate Poinsettia and Pie Sales.
• Administrative & Strategic Oversight
• Partner with Accounting for all Program-related purchasing and ensure all raw material purchases are tracked and properly categorized.
• Upload all relevant purchasing documentation and maintain accurate supply records.
• Participate in regular meetings with Inventory Manager, Shop Manager, and Campus Leads to ensure alignment and cross-functional success.
