They are looking for an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to join their team in managing relationships & drive technical success across their existing enterprise account base. This is a key role, working closely with clients to ensure they are getting as much value as possible from the platform. This is a hybrid role with one day per week in their NYC office. Responsibilities โ€ข Manage long-term relationships with customers, building relationships and driving retention across account base โ€ข Identify & resolve technical challenges with accounts โ€ข Manage & drive success across technical projects, identifying customer needs, delivering strong communication and tailored support where necessary โ€ข Proactively manage customer escalations when needed โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams, such as Customer Success, to provide tailored support and deliver success The Successful Candidate โ€ข 5+ year technical account management experience is essential โ€ข A background in MarTech, eCommerce or Retail Tech is essential โ€ข Experience covering commercial elements with accounts (e.g. renewals and upselling) is a plus โ€ข Commutable to NYC 1x day per week Enterprise Technical Account Manager Package โ€ข Salary: up to $250,000 โ€ข Stock options โ€ข Healthcare โ€ข Pension options โ€ข 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays โ€ข Birthday off โ€ข Access to professional development fund
