Enterprise Technical Account Manager โ Hybrid, NYC

They are looking for an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to join their team in managing relationships & drive technical success across their existing enterprise account base. This is a key role, working closely with clients to ensure they are getting as much value as possible from the platform.

This is a hybrid role with one day per week in their NYC office.
Responsibilities
โข Manage long-term relationships with customers, building relationships and driving retention across account base
โข Identify & resolve technical challenges with accounts
โข Manage & drive success across technical projects, identifying customer needs, delivering strong communication and tailored support where necessary
โข Proactively manage customer escalations when needed
โข Collaborate with internal teams, such as Customer Success, to provide tailored support and deliver success
The Successful Candidate
โข 5+ year technical account management experience is essential
โข A background in MarTech, eCommerce or Retail Tech is essential
โข Experience covering commercial elements with accounts (e.g. renewals and upselling) is a plus
โข Commutable to NYC 1x day per week
