We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive General Manager to lead our Tactical Fleet operations in Dallas, TX and Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for achieving used car sales targets and maximizing F&I gross profit through strategic planning, team leadership, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching teams to deliver outstanding results and guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and grow the Tactical Fleet business model with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences while driving profitability through accurate, timely, and compliant financial and sales operations.
• Conduct daily sales huddles and provide hands-on coaching to maximize individual and team performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.
• Collaborate with sales staff to forecast monthly goals including unit sales, F&I targets, closing ratios, and guest satisfaction metrics.
• Champion the company online sales playbook to ensure a seamless digital guest journey.
• Oversee the accuracy and organization of all legal, financial, and operational documentation.
Qualifications
• Proven leadership experience in automotive finance and sales within a high-volume dealership.
