Finance Director | Luxury Retail & Ecommerce | London We’re partnered with a fast-growing luxury retail and ecommerce brand (turnover sub £20m) to appoint a Finance Director into their London HQ. This is a hands-on, high-impact role working directly with a CEO who has successfully grown brands before and is now focused on shaping the next stage of this company’s journey. The business is dynamic, entrepreneurial, and looking for a finance leader who can combine strategic vision with day-to-day execution. Key responsibilities include: • Acting as a trusted partner to the CEO and senior leadership team • Leading financial strategy across UK and international operations • Overseeing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in a growth environment • Driving improvements in processes, systems, and reporting • Supporting international expansion and ecommerce growth strategy • Leading and developing a lean but high-performing finance function. The ideal candidate: • ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent) • Experience as a Finance Director or Head of Finance in retail or ecommerce • Hands-on and commercially driven, with strong energy and pace • Proven ability to work closely with CEOs/Boards in entrepreneurial businesses • Strong understanding of operations and scaling London (Hybrid) Finance Director | Permanent This is an exceptional opportunity to join a luxury retail brand with exciting ambitions and play a defining role in its journey.
